When you purchase a homesite, you also join White Oak Country Club. The club provides a nine-hole golf course, swimming pool in the summer and the clubhouse with its many facilities. Membership is $70 per month. As an incentive to its new members the White Oak Country Club has guaranteed this rate for a period of five years from the time your purchase.

Each new homeowner will be protected by covenants that the Homeowners Association has established.  Among other items, these covenants stipulate minimum construction standards, and are very important to protect the value of your home.
